    Post: Organisational Development and Culture Specialist 

    Hours: 36 per week, temporary contract until 31 October 2025

    Salary: The grade is FC9, currently £40,245.94 to £48,373.97 per annum / Band 7 NHS currently £46,224 - £53,789 per annum

    Location: Fife House

    This temporary role has been created to support Fife’s Health & Social Care Partnership to deliver a Partnership wellbeing framework and Action Plan and put in place a sustainable long-term approach to supporting wellbeing across the whole Partnership as part of their aim to be one of the best performing Partnership’s in Scotland by 2025 – their ‘Mission25’. 

    As an Organisational Development and Culture Specialist you will hold extensive experience, knowledge and skills in a range of organisational development interventions supporting senior operational managers to lead cultural change and service redesign and providing support to managers related to employee wellbeing, working with operational and professional partners to understand the national and local landscape, co-design short and medium term solutions to wellbeing issues including employee engagement and performance improvement. 

    About You

    • You must have experience in a similar role in a busy and complex OD environment and be able to demonstrate you can work at this level;
    • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related field, you will have membership of a relevant professional institute/regulatory body. Copies of educational certificates and professional institute membership status will be required if invited for interview. 

    In addition, you must be able to demonstrate: 

    • The ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with managers, Trade Union representatives and other stakeholders;
    • The ability to manage a demanding workload, to prioritise and organise work and to respond quickly to changing demands;
    • The ability to manage conflicting priorities and take an analytical approach to problem solving with the ability to determine creative and practical solutions.
