Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) is the parent organisation within the Kingdom Group and is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in East Central Scotland. They develop affordable housing in Fife, Perth & Kinross, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire and have Alliance agreements with Ochilview Housing Association and with Fife Housing Group, Glen and Ore Valley Housing Associations, through their Fife Housing Association Alliance (FHAA). Over the next five years they aim to develop approximately 2,000 new affordable homes for their organisation and their partners.

KHA have an exciting opportunity within the Alternative Tenure's Team for a full time Housing Officer. In this role you will contribute to providing a professional, effective and efficient service to our Mid Market customers. You will ensure that the organisation meets its legal obligations for this tenure and to manage any new tenures that may be introduced in the future.
