Are you passionate about helping and supporting unpaid Carers? If so, Circles Network have the perfect opportunity for you. Carers Advocacy is about supporting unpaid carers to take control of their caring situation, to understand the importance of Power of Attorney, access legal representation and have their views heard in situations they may find challenging. It includes ensuring people are aware of their human rights and that these are upheld and that they have the right information to make informed choices and decisions about their caring situation. Full training will be provided. A driving licence is required.
Circles Network's mission is to support disabled and disadvantaged people of all ages in transformational and empowering ways to live fulfilling and inclusive lives. Circles Network is a UK-wide voluntary organisation renowned for building inclusive communities on the foundations of justice, advocacy, empowerment, and relationships. Their work is organised into four key segments: Circles Community, Circles Advocacy, Circles Equine, and Circles Academy. They are dedicated and passionate individuals who are committed to delivering the highest quality support with the values of inclusion at the heart of everything they deliver.
All the work carried out by Circles Network is underpinned by a strongly held set of values and beliefs known as the values of inclusion. This philosophy, where all people, regardless of ability, are seen to be citizens of worth, drives them in their mission. They believe that everyone has a voice and the right to be heard, all people have dreams and aspirations, all people have capabilities and qualities, and all people should have power and control over what they do now and in the future. The whole community can benefit from embracing diversity, all people should have the opportunity to lead ordinary and valued lives, all people have the right to live in and be part of the community, all people need friendships, independent relationship, and a natural support network. All means all.
