    OnFife is Fife's largest cultural organisation specialising in making jaws drop, hearts warm, eyes light up and imaginations run wild. An ambitious leadership-oriented charity, they're built on strong values. As a key member of the small and busy HR Team, you'll be responsible for day-to-day operational HR activities, and will be a key point of contact for all people-related queries for their venues in West Fife and their Corporate team in Head Office.This is an exciting generalist role, where you'll provide coaching, advice, support and training to ensure that all HR policies and processes run smoothly as well as supporting the HR Team to deliver key departmental and organisational objectives.

    You'll be customer focused and a role model for their values, ensuring that they're at the heart of all they do. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. You'll be based at our Head Office in Kirkcaldy with home working on agreed days. As they support their teams across the whole of Fife, you will also be required to work and visit any of their venues as needed. This is a great opportunity to join their team and help shape the HR service as they go through a period of exciting transformation.

    About You

    • An excellent communicator with a strong customer-focused attitude;
    • Experience of multitasking in a busy HR environment; 
    • A high level of attention to detail and a good understanding of current employment law; 
    • Experience of building great relationships with managers, employees and other key stakeholders.
