Salary: £20,092 pro rata
Home-Start East Fife is looking to recruit the above post. This post will provide intensive practical and emotional support to families who are vulnerable and hard to reach. The main responsibilities are- visiting families in their own homes (as agreed with Coordinators) to offer one to one support;
- encouraging and assisting families to access Home-Start East Fife's family support group;
- assisting families to access other local services and attend appointments;
- ensuring effective records are kept.

This post is fixed-term for two years and this post is subject to a PVG check.
