    Springboard offers a six-week course at Johnnie Walker, Princes Street, Edinburgh in hospitality and bar-tending.

    The course includes:

    • personalised employability and career advice, including CV building and interview skills.
    • confidence, communication,teamwork, and resilience workshops
    • specialist Diageo Bar Academy e-learning on recommending perfect serves, spirits and cocktails.
    • unique-to-Diageo content, such as Drink IQ, Wrong Side of the Road, and Scotch Tapes
    • assistance with work/interview clothing and a work experience opportunity
    • industry qualifications including Level 2 Food Safety and World Host: Principles of Customer Service
    • certified e-learning modules, including Wine, Bartending, Wellbeing and First Aid
    • post-Covid training: tips to look after mental health, customer requirements, and behaviours
    • guest invitations to industry-leading masterclasses hosted by renowned Diageo Brand Ambassadors and ground-breaking employers
    • once employed, in-work support to sustain your job.
