    The Foundation particularly welcomes applications that will support the most vulnerable people in society. Your application must address at least one of the specific objectives which have been set for the 2024 round of funding to support the fund's overarching strategic aims:

    • Education, training and research: STEM and raising aspirations
    • Biodiversity and climate change: environmental protection or improvement, habitat conservation, and knowledge and research
    • Art and culture: restoration, development and conservation and cultural initiatives.
    • Social initiatives: economic security and economic opportunity

    Who can apply

    To be eligible to apply you must:

    • have an active board of at least three unrelated trustees
    • have been registered with one of the UK Charity Regulators for at least one full year
    • have at least one year of published accounts covering a 12-month operating period
    • have an income of greater than £75,000 and of no more than £10,000,000
