    Barnardo's and Includem Wellbeing in Fife are leading wellbeing walks at different locations along the Fife Coastal path every Sunday of the school summer holidays. 

    Wellbeing walks are for the whole family to join and focus on:

    • being connected
    • enjoying nature
    • practising mindfulness
    • having fun

    You can just turn up on the day if you like, but registering in advance is appreciated as it gives an idea of numbers. Registering also means you'll be contacted if any plans change.

    09 July: Silverburn, Leven
    16 July: Ravenscraig, Kirkcaldy
    23 July: Burntisland
    30 July: St David's Harbour, Dalgety Bay
    06 August: Limekilns Beach
    13 August: Playground The Ness, Torryburn

    All walks are from 12:00 - 15:00.
