    Created: 01/06/2023
    News/Events Category: General News

DWP have updated a suite of four Personal Independence Payment (PIP) information videos - available on the DWP YouTube channel.

These explain what PIP is, who it is for, how to claim and the assessment process.  There is also an overview on how the assessment activities are scored, and how PIP is awarded.  Throughout the four videos, there is signposting to Gov.uk/pip where there is more detailed information, including the process for people nearing the end of life.

Viewers are advised to consult the website to ensure they have information about PIP eligibility before making a claim.

You may also find the key messages in the attached document useful in your conversations about PIP.
