    The Low Carbon Vacant and Derelict Land Investment Programme (VDLIP) offers funding to transform long-term vacant and derelict sites. It is open to applications from local councils. 

    Applicants can bid for grants from an available £15 million in 2024 to 2025 as part of a two-stage application process.   

    Applications for stage one are now open for projects ready to be delivered during the 2024 to 2025 financial year if funded.

    This is round 4 of the five-year programme, which runs to 2026.  

    The closing date for applications is 5pm on 23 June 2023
