Make a positive difference in someone's life by joining The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Fife services and helping support the people who need it most in our communities! They are looking for caring, supportive, adaptable, approachable, empathetic, fun and positive individuals across several services in Tayport and Newport-on-Tay. They have a full time and part time post available. Earliest start time is usually 8am and latest finish 8.30pm. These posts cover multiple home visits whilst on shift. Every individual is different and therefore needs and support required to be completed at each visit will vary. This vacancy is for day shifts only. Due to the nature of the services in this area, they can only accept applications from female candidates who have a valid full driving license and access to their own vehicle.
For all posts the induction training takes place in their new Kirkcaldy office. You will be paid for your travel time while on shift and there is also a 45p per mile fuel allowance. Certain services operate enhanced weekend rates. Please note that all posts are offered on a shift pattern basis and will include weekend and public holiday shifts, however they have shift patterns to suit your availability as a part time or bank staff member. No previous experience in care is required as they provide full in-house training to all new staff members and will even invest in you to achieve your SVQ Level 2, so even if this is a new career path for you, they would love to meet you.
