    The Richmond Fellowship Scotland are looking for caring, supportive, adaptable, approachable, empathetic, fun and positive individuals. As a Bank member of staff you will cover staff leave, training, sickness and any other staff absences. Bank contracts are ideal for people who need the extra money and can't find childcare everyday. As a Bank staff member you choose what days you work, and you can work full time or part time hours, depending on your preference. The Senior Support Worker, who is responsible for the rota, will contact you to see if you are available to help out. As you are not required to do shifts, you can pick and choose the hours/shifts that suit you and work around your other commitments. At this time all new bank staff have to be drivers with access to own vehicles. Mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile, for travel between resident`s homes. Certain services operate enhanced weekend rates.

For all posts the induction training takes place in their new Kirkcaldy office.
