Do you have lived experience of unemployment? Do you want to help improve employment policy, funding and service delivery in Fife through raising the voice of others like you?

FVA’s Lived Experience Team supports strategic partners and others to make sure the policies they create, and the services they fund are best designed to meet the needs of those they aim to help.

Lived Experience Team Facilitators are paid to attend strategic and partnership meetings in relevant policy areas, and to both represent and support engagement of others with lived experience in policy development, service design and training. The LET supports a co-production approach wherever possible so that decisions are made together for the best outcomes for Fife.
