Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) is the parent organisation within the Kingdom Group and is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in east central Scotland. The organisation has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Officer (Temporary contract) to join its team.
The role involves providing administrative support to the HR Team and wider HR Department. You will be responsible for:
maintaining the team mailbox and calendar
typing tasks, including letters, contracts and references
file maintenance through KHA's online platform
maintaining KHA's intranet pages
You will be part of an experienced HR Team and will benefit from their extensive knowledge and skills through coaching and support.
The organisation is looking for a hard-working and enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail. You should hold National 5 Level or equivalent qualifications in a relevant subject. It is desirable that you have some experience in delivering excellent customer service. You should be well-planned and organised and able to work to tight timescales.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
