It involves hearing from six people with lived experience of using a digital tool for the first time about how this has positively impacted their lives. The Alliance heard how the tools improved people's wellbeing, independence and empowered them to feel more in control of their long-term conditions. All through using self management apps, smart blinds, Tapo smart plugs, Alexas and Chromebooks.
