It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.Fife Health and Social Care Partnership's Participation and Engagement Team invites you to an engagement workshop to discuss the proposed reconfiguration of palliative and end-of-life care services in Fife.
Like many other services, the specialist palliative care service in Fife was required to adapt at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The models of care developed and implemented during the pandemic remain in place and Fife H&SCP is now seeking to inform you on how it plans to deliver palliative care services moving forward. The aims are to broaden the reach of the palliative care service to ensure a greater number of people have access to the service, while maintaining the excellent standard of care currently provided both to patients, carers, and their family members.
