Macmillan Transforming Cancer Care lived experience survey
Created: 17/03/2023, Updated: 21/03/2023The Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE), in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support Scotland, is seeking views from individuals who have been affected by cancer over the last ten years.
If you have received a diagnosis of cancer, or if you have cared for and supported someone through their cancer experience, the team wants to hear from you. The team wants to know what is working well in cancer services, and what could be done differently.
The findings from this survey will inform the National Transforming Cancer Care Programme (TCC) and will help to inform cancer services across Scotland.
To share your views, please complete one of the following surveys:
- For people who have received a diagnosis of cancer
- For people who have cared for or supported an individual with cancer
The deadline for completion of the survey is 31 March.
