Salary: This will be paid monthly in arrears, by direct credit transfer, on or before the 14th day of each calendar month. It will be paid directly to a Bank Account nominated by you
Location: Larick Centre, Tayport, Fife
Contract: 2 years dependent on funding and successful probation report
Tayport Community Trust is looking for an Administrator to join its dynamic team. In particular, the team is looking for a self-motivated, people-orientated, and experienced individual who will:
- provide an administration service to the Larick Centre team;
- greet and welcome visitors to the Larick Centre;
- handle daily office duties such as creating reports and maintaining cloud based filing systems;
- manage the hall booking system and payments; and
- ensure all relevant information is supplied to the Trust bookkeeper.
The post will report to the Booking and Events Officer.
