    Post: Administrator

    Hours: 24 hours per week; as agreed with Tayport Community Trust

    Salary: This will be paid monthly in arrears, by direct credit transfer, on or before the 14th day of each calendar month. It will be paid directly to a Bank Account nominated by you

    Location: Larick Centre, Tayport, Fife

    Contract: 2 years dependent on funding and successful probation report

    Tayport Community Trust is looking for an Administrator to join its dynamic team. In particular, the team is looking for a self-motivated, people-orientated, and experienced individual who will:

    • provide an administration service to the Larick Centre team;
    • greet and welcome visitors to the Larick Centre;
    • handle daily office duties such as creating reports and maintaining cloud based filing systems;
    • manage the hall booking system and payments; and
    • ensure all relevant information is supplied to the Trust bookkeeper.

    The post will report to the Booking and Events Officer.
