    This year, the funding criteria for Localgiving's Magic Little Grants has been expanded and funders welcome application from projects in any of the following areas:

    • Providing support to improve mental health;
    • Enabling participation in physical activity;
    • Enabling participation in the arts;
    • Preventing or reducing the impact of poverty;
    • Supporting marginalised groups and tackling inequality;
    • Improving biodiversity and responding to the climate emergency;
    • Improving green spaces and increasing access to the outdoors.

    Who can apply

    The following organisations can apply: registered charities with either the Charity Commission for England and Wales or Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR); Community Interest Companies (CICs); Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs, SCIOs); social enterprises; other not-for-profit community organisation.

    Maximum annual income: £250,000

    How to apply

    To access the grant you must meet the eligibility criteria for membership with Localgiving and have completed the registration process before applying for this grant. If you’re new to Localgiving and your Magic Little Grant application is successful, you will also be awarded a year of free membership (funded by the the Players of the People’s Postcode Lottery).
