The Care Inspectorate - Staffing method framework survey
Created: 21/02/2023, Updated: 22/02/2023The Care Inspectorate Safe Staffing Programme would like your opinions about introducing a staffing method framework in care homes for adults. During 2022, the organisation has been busy testing a prototype staffing method with some services.
The team is currently conducting a survey and would love to hear from as many people as possible. Your views are important because they will help inform its recommendations to the Scottish Government about whether a staffing method should be used across Scotland.
