    Post: Citizen Advocacy Development Worker

    Hours: Part-time (24-hour)

    Include Me is looking to recruit a part-time (24-hour) Citizen Advocacy Development Worker to join its team in North-East Fife. The organisation is looking for a self-motivated individual who can work as part of a small but dynamic team, is professional, person-centered, and creative in their approach and who is passionate about the rights of vulnerable people.

    The Development Worker role includes working closely with vulnerable adults to understand their needs and wishes, supporting existing advocacy partnerships, recruiting and training local people to become long-term voluntary citizen advocates and, in turn, creating new advocacy partnerships. This is a permanent post that covers outreach work in North-East Fife from a home working base in the local area.
