    Post: Asset Management Assistant

    Hours: 18 hours per week (part-time)

    Salary: £22,784 - £25,106 per annum, pro rata

    Location: Glenrothes

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) is looking for a motivated and proactive team player with a passion for providing excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a solution-orientated approach.

    You will provide administrative support for our maintenance, technical, and repairs services teams, carrying out a varied and reactive role, including:

    • organising planned and cyclical maintenance;
    • processing financial information;
    • updating and maintaining record accuracy;
    • liaising with tenants on a regular basis; and
    • preparing communication for customers.
