Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) is looking for a motivated and proactive team player with a passion for providing excellent customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a solution-orientated approach.
You will provide administrative support for our maintenance, technical, and repairs services teams, carrying out a varied and reactive role, including:
- organising planned and cyclical maintenance;
- processing financial information;
- updating and maintaining record accuracy;
- liaising with tenants on a regular basis; and
- preparing communication for customers.
