  • Women Returners Programme

    The Women Returners programme is a free service of one to one support and training for women in Scotland to help them start their journey back into the labour market following a career gap.

    It has been developed and funded by Scottish Government to assist in addressing the gender pay gap by improving women’s economic position in the labour market.

    The target group for the programme is women who are aged 25 and over, live in Scotland, are a minimum of 6 months plus unemployed, have been employed in the past and now seek to restart their career journey.

    The current programme that runs up to 31 March 2023 is available from Skills Development Scotland who administer the programme on behalf of Scottish Government.
