Hours: Full-time basis (36 hours), but would welcome applications from those considering a working week of between 28-36 hours. Work will largely be delivered over a five-day week (Monday – Friday) but may include some evening and weekend work as required
Salary: This role is offered on a permanent basis with a salary from £26,242.46 – £29,245.89 (pro rata)

As Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be invaluable in providing a key supportive and pro-active role within the Trust, performing a variety of specialised and confidential duties in support of the CEO, wider senior team and its Board including administrative operations, CEO hospitality, project and Governance support, deadline compliance and email account management.
The successful candidate will have excellent minute taking and IT skills, be highly organised, an excellent communicator who can maintain strong working relationships with staff and external partners alike, who is diplomatic and resourceful in their interactions and who is self-motivated and confident in taking the initiative to manage their workload, competing priorities and expectations.
