    Post: Flexible Support Worker

    Hours: Between 1 and 3 shifts per month hours

    Salary: £10.90 per hour + Retention Payment

    The organisation can offer a wide variety of flexible contracts with as little as one shift a month to suit any busy schedule, and help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

    In return, it offers a competitive salary, including payment of £94.50 for sleepover shifts and £14 per hour for waking nights, as well as other generous benefits package to show how appreciated you really are.

    Hillcrest Futures provides a Housing Support and Care at Home service to adults living in a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week supported accommodation service based in Cupar, Fife. It supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues.

    About You:

    • You will be a good communicator, both written and verbal
    • You will be organised with good time keeping
    • Be able to demonstrate transferrable skills relating to care
    • Hold an SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or, demonstrate the ability and willingness to undertake required qualification for SSSC registration
    • Be required to obtain registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within six months of taking up the postoldH
