    Post: Senior Project Assistant

    Hours: Full time - 36 hours

    Salary: £25,805 to £28,058 per annum

    Location: Glenrothes

    This is an exciting opportunity to join Kingdom Housing Association's (KHA) Capital Investment administration team as a Senior Project Assistant and contribute to its Affordable Housing Programme.  You will provide an efficient and proactive administrative service to the Capital Investment Team including:

    • Providing day-to-day supervision for the administration team
    • Progressing a wide variety of tasks from site start to completion
    • Responding to and monitoring ongoing enquiries from internal and external customers 
    • Processing and monitoring repairs for our new builds
    • Processing and monitoring financial information to our suppliers and funding providers
    • Reviewing our administrative processes and looking at how we can improve the way we work.  

    KHA is looking for a highly motivated, driven and customer-focused person with a passion to ensure the best outcome for its customers.  You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work effectively on your own and collaboratively as part of the team.  It is essential that you are able to plan and organise your workload with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.    

    You will be educated to SVQ3 level or have substantive relevant experience.  You will have proficient IT skills with substantial experience of software packages and be confident when dealing with financial information.  

    You will have a driving licence and access to a car for business use.  You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
