    Created: 09/01/2023
    News/Events Category: Funding and Finance

The Fife Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategic Oversight Group invite eligible groups to apply for this short-term funding opportunity to deliver outcomes for young people aged 5-24 (up to 26 if care experienced) and their parents or carers.

This funding is available as a one-off for 2023, from the Scottish Government's Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for young people and their parents or carers. In Fife, this forms part of the overall Our Minds Matter framework.

    Who can apply

You must be a constituted third sector organisation or Community Council (unconstituted groups can contact FVA for free support to consider how best to become constituted and apply for the grant). Organisations must have a child protection/safeguarding policy and their staff and volunteers should be members of the PVG scheme. Partnership bids are welcome, but they must be led by, and most of the activity undertaken by, a third sector organisation.

    How to apply

Before completing an application, please review the Grant Guidance Document which can be found on the right-hand side of this webpage. To apply, please complete an online application form here.

If you're in the process of applying (or thinking about applying) then we're here to help answer questions and can help you with the completion of your funding application. Call us at 0800 389 6046 during business hours or e-mail the appropriate team directly using [email protected]

    When to apply

The deadline for applications is 31 January 2023.

This funding has made been available thanks to Fife Council, through Scottish Government's Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund.
