    FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local service providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.

    ***Please note that the duration of this session is 1.5 hours rather than the usual 1 hour for Lunchtime Learning sessions***

    Since the advent of COVID we are all increasingly aware of looking after our mental health as well as improving our ability to help those around us, whether clients, colleagues or friends and family;

    At this session, Alison Ramsay of the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership will give us:

    • An understanding of definitions of mental health and wellbeing;
    • An understanding of positive steps everyone can take to increase wellbeing.
