    Created: 15/12/2022
    News/Events Category: General News

The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) has an updated resource for Multidisciplinary Teams on how to be proactive in engaging with other services and teams in their neighbourhoods and place.

Multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) are central to achieving the vision of Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) as they are a structured forum in which practitioners from across health and social care can come together around the needs of individuals and communities.
