    Did the UK Government evacuate you from Afghanistan on or after 14 August 2021?

    YES, you and your dependants may be eligible to live permanently in the UK (this is known as ‘Indefinite Leave to Remain, or ILR’) under either the Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP) or the Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS).

    If you think that you might qualify, the Welfare Team can help you access one of the schemes.

    Further information on call charges is available on GOV.UK. The information you provide in relation to an application or query will NOT be passed on to Immigration Enforcement. No enforcement action will be taken as a result of your application or query
