    The Health Promotion Service's Workplace Team will host their first FREE Workforce Health, Safety and Wellbeing Conference for Fife workplaces on the 17 March 2022 at Dean Park Hotel, Kirkcaldy.

    Businesses and organisations have faced challenging times over the last few years and we are excited to offer you the opportunity to join with us, and an array of speakers to focus on workforce health, safety and wellbeing topics.

    The conference will: 

    • Raise awareness of the benefits and importance of workforce health, safety and wellbeing 
    • Demonstrate evidence of local good practice 
    • Provide training opportunities to upskill workers about identified workforce health, safety and wellbeing priorities 
    • Allow for one to one worker health checks and health improvement opportunities 
    • Promote further existing workforce health, safety and wellbeing resources 

    What will the conference look like?

    • Full day, face to face conference
    • Event speakers - Andy's Man Club, Let's Talk Menopause and Tom Delaney
    • Marketplace & Networking
    • Participatory Activities including personal safety & relaxation

    As part of the activities around the Fife Workforce Health, Safety and Wellbeing Conference, the Workplace Team are also hosting a week–long programme of virtual awareness sessions and workshops for Fife’s workforce to attend. This programme outlines the virtual sessions available alongside the aims and objectives to be covered in each session.
