Self-Directed Support (SDS) – online information sessions
Created: 28/11/2022The SDS and Short Breaks Team will be running a series of monthly information sessions starting from next week. All staff are welcome to join, listen-in, participate and ask questions about SDS – those who assess or review individuals or support people to achieving their outcomes will find these most useful.
All sessions are via Microsoft Teams. You can join the meeting using Join with an ID and using the passcodes listed.
