It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.LinkLiving is running a series of Wellbeing Workshops for 16–24-year-olds living in West Fife. There will be a total of eight workshops which will run weekly starting on Monday 29 November. This timetable details the dates/times/course information.
The courses will focus on:
- Team Building and Mental Health Awareness - 29 November
- Anxiety and Stress Management and Self Care - 05 December
- Conflict Management - 06 December
- Mindset and Behaviours - 12 December
- Understanding Emotions - 09 January
- Mental Health and Food - 10 January
- Social Media Awareness - 16 January
- Mental Health and Bullying - 17 January
The sessions will take place at the Skills Development Scotland office in Dunfermline (10:00 - 13:00); however, they will be open to anyone who would be interested in attending.
