The Richmond Fellowship Scotland - Support Practitioners x 2
Post: Support Practitioners x 2
Hours: One contract is part time for 25 hour and the second contract is full time
Location: These vacancies covers Anstruther and coastal areas
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland (TRFS) has an exciting opportunity for two Support Practitioners to join its team. Please note that this is shift work and may include weekend and public holiday work at times. These posts cover home care and housing support. You will mostly be looking after elderly and adults with Mental Health. Both posts are for day shifts only. Due to the nature of TRFS services in this area, it can only accept applications from candidates who have a valid full driving license and access to their own vehicle. You will be paid for your travel time while on shift and there is also a 45p per mile fuel allowance.
It has shift patterns to suit your availability as a part time or bank staff member. Please feel free to contact us on 07884 602 630 or [email protected] to discuss your availability.
You do not need to have worked in care to apply as training will be provided.
All successful Support Practitioner applicants will be given a conditional offer- this is subject to the receipt of satisfactory references, PVG and a Covid-19 related risk assessment. Please note that Care Workers are absolutely critical to the social care needs of the community. Therefore, the Scottish Government will cover the cost of PVG checks till 31 March 2023.
All new staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of their start date.
For more information and to apply, please visit TRFS's website. The closing date for applications is 21 December 2022.
