    Location: Kirkcaldy

    YMCA Kirkcaldy seeks to recruit a Programme and Funding Manager to join its team and be responsible for the planning and implementation of the portfolio for the organisation’s funded programmes.

    The role will involve preparing, submitting, following up and reporting on relevant funding applications whilst co-ordinating activities and monitoring the results to ensure the programmes are developed and delivered smoothly to meet the needs of children, young people, and the wider community.

    Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Trustees, the successful applicant will provide strategic information and advice on programmes and funding affecting the organisation whilst developing relationships with the team, stakeholders, regulatory and government bodies, local authorities, and the public.

    Success in this role requires senior management and leadership experience.
