  • Consultation Drop In Sessions - NHS Fife Learning Disability Service

    Created: 27/10/2022

Clinical Psychology and Nursing are offering Consultation Drop In Sessions to professionals and social care staff working with adults who have a Learning Disability and additional behaviours that challenge.

Consultation sessions will offer the opportunity to support professional practice and give space to discuss cases on a more informal basis that are not currently open to the Community Learning Disability Service. Advice, basic case formulation and sign-posting can be offered to support your own on-going work with clients.

Drop In Sessions will be held over TEAMS and each slot will be up to 45 minutes. The dates for the upcoming months are:

    • Tuesday, 01 November 2022, 13:00 - 15:15
    • Tuesday, 06 December 2022, 13:00 - 15:15
    • Tuesday, 10 January 2023, 13:00 - 15:15
    • Tuesday, 07 February 2023, 13:00 - 15:15
    • Tuesday, 07 March 2023, 13:00 - 15:15

Sessions will be run by Dr Eleanor Porter, Clinical Psychologist with the Community Learning Disability Team and Ann-Marie Carrigan, Charge Nurse with the Behavioural Support Team.
