Frontline Fife is a mid-sized charity that works to end homelessness by taking preventative action and by supporting people to choose the life they aspire to. As a Recovery Link Worker, you will provide people with recovery-focused support and brief interventions. The role involves managing a caseload of clients, undertaking assessments, developing person-centred recovery plans, and providing evidence-based practices to promote behaviour change. You will also provide support and advice to adults who are at risk of becoming homeless, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other agencies to ensure all service users' needs are met.
If you can demonstrate a commitment to client-focused working, are keen to develop professional skills in recovery support and trauma-informed practice and want to be part of a diverse team which is committed to inclusion and achieving the best possible outcomes for people, then Frontline Fife wants to hear from you.
