It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.The Scottish Refugee Council invites you to attend a day-long conference to celebrate and reflect on the New Scots Refugee Integration Delivery Programme. The programme has supported the implementation of Scotland’s New Scots Refugee Integration Strategy 2018-2022.
Over the past 2 years the Scottish Government, COSLA, UNESCO Chair for Refugee Integration through Languages and the Arts at the University of Glasgow and Scottish Refugee Council have been working in partnership with third sector organisations, local authorities, government departments and refugees and people seeking asylum to support, improve and evaluate integration in Scotland.
The conference will bring together stakeholders in Scotland to highlight the impacts and successes of the strategy, programme and funded projects and to help shape the focus of the next New Scots strategy in 2023.
The conference will be held in Glasgow at The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall from 10:00 - 15:30 on Friday 11 November 2022. Registration details will follow in October including details of travel support.
