  • Activate - mentoring for community groups from Sustrans

    Sustrans Scotland Communities Team is pleased to announce training dates for organisations interested in becoming mentors as part of its Activate Mentoring programme.  

    Activate Mentoring is a new programme where staff or volunteers from groups or organisations running successful projects that contain an element of walking, wheeling or cycling in a community setting, can become mentors for people and organisations who are looking to set up similar activities.

    Dates and times below:

    Introduction to Mentoring - an online short course approximately 1.5 - 2 hours in total, and can be completed in short sections in your own time.

    • 14:00 - 15:30, 09 November
    • 10:30 - 12:00 on 29 November – Follow-up session

    Applications are also welcome from groups who wish to be mentored.

    Further training opportunities will be available in Jan/Feb – dates to be confirmed.
