On Fife has a rare opportunity for an experienced Cook to join its Catering Team. You will be responsible for ordering, controlling and preparing food items for the café at Rothes Halls using seasonal and fresh ingredients from the suppliers.
The Catering Team provides an efficient service in the busy café environment. You will maintain this level of service while following company values, policies and procedures. You’ll implement and maintain statutory and company standards of hygiene, food safety, and health and safety.
The team is looking for a creative and innovative individual who is a real foodie. You will be passionate and enthusiastic about providing fresh food and great service. You will have a passion for driving sales through seeking feedback from customers and implementing new initiatives following high street food trends.
On Fife is looking for someone with previous experience working in a kitchen environment, who is naturally outgoing and has the energy to train and inspire others.
