It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

As part of Scottish Government funding to Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, training sessions have been commissioned on The Coach Approach. The Coach Approach is all about how to have effective conversations which support people to think through their own solutions and change behaviours for the long term. It is a powerful skill that anyone can learn and can be used to discuss any topic. These are currently being aimed at those with a line management responsibility.

We have confirmation that there are spaces reserved for the training sessions for third sector line managers working in health and social care. Detail on this can be found here.

In advance of committing to the training, you are invited to come along to an information session to find out more about The Coach Approach.
