    Created: 22/09/2022

    Post: Family Support Director

Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week.

    Salary: £35,000 – £39,000

PAMIS has an exciting opportunity to join its highly skilled team as a Family Support Director. You'll be responsible for overseeing and delivering the  family support programme across the Fife Region of Scotland.

You'll provide emotional support, advice, signposting and resources to families of people with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and connect them with other families and the broader PAMIS services.

The family support service promotes partnership working across sectors and the development of inclusive and meaningful services and activities in Fife for this group.

You will support family carers and people with PMLD to have their needs and aspirations acknowledged in policy locally and nationally through involvement in consultations and working groups.

In addition, you'll play an integral role in shaping and growing PAMIS's future practice to address the complex needs of people with PMLD and their families within the challenging landscape we currently live in.
