    Hours: Part-time for 21 hours a week.

    Salary: £26,273 (FTE)

    Location: Kirkcaldy but also working in Queen Margaret Hospital and from home

    Fife Carers Centre seeks a Hospital Carer Support Worker to join their team.

    You will be working as part of the Fife Carers Centre Hospital Carer Support Workers team covering hospitals in Fife. This post is based primarily at the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.  You’ll be working with hospital staff to identify family and unpaid carers of patients and will then work with those carers to identify concerns and ways in which you can help them in their caring role. The goal being a successful and supported discharge of the person they care for and improving their own confidence and knowledge.  The successful candidate will work with an established worker also based in the hospital.
