    Bipolar Scotland's self-help groups are informal, friendly and open to anyone affected by bipolar, including friends, family and carers.

    Group meetings are places where people who live with bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life. They’re great places for letting off steam about issues that are stressing you out and for getting support from people who know what you’re talking about.

    Its Fife and Forth Valley group currently meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month at 19:00 using Zoom. If you would like to come along, submit a short enquiry form on the organisation's website and someone will be in touch:
