  • SAMH Fife football match

    Created: 01/09/2022
    News/Events Category: Community Events

    When: 13:30 - 16:00 (Kick off 14:00), Saturday 10 September 2022
Where: Glenrothes Strollers Community Club, Overstenton Park, Glenrothes

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

SAMH will be hosting a football match on Saturday 10 September which is World Suicide Prevention Day. The game is about the Fife community uniting together in suicide prevention. It will be an 11 a side match with roll on/roll of substitutions. The teams will be mixed together rather than many teams coming up against each other. Again, reiterating the idea that we are uniting together.

There will be SAMH team members present with information/publications to encourage people to speak, what to do if worried about someone or where to access support in the Fife community.

People can come along to take part in the football itself, spectate and to find out information regarding mental health and wellbeing.
