A 4-week course due to start at the end of September. In the fun filled sessions participants will learn how to fall safely, defend yourself from all sides, recognise emotions, manage stress, and become more mindful. During this course you will complete a SCQF level 3 qualification. This course is for anyone aged between 19 – 24-year-old.

Self-employment Workshop
Could you be your own boss? BRAG are holding an introduction to self-employment workshop for 19 – 24-year-old on Tuesday 06 September 2022. Where we will explore the young people strengths, where their passion lies and how they can make this into a business model that work for them. This course is for anyone aged between 19 – 24-year-old.

Walk and Talk Groups
Walk and Talk groups will soon be running in Kirkcaldy and Leven. These will be fortnightly groups aimed at helping people get out of the house, reducing social isolation and anxieties through being in a social setting. Further to this BRAG can offer advice about employment goals and access to personal development programmes.
