    Hours: Part-time 16 - 21 hours per week

    Salary: £19,429 per annum (pro rata)

    Contract: Permanent

    Fife Alcohol Support Service is looking to recruit an office-based part-time Services Administrator. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, have experience of database and electronic filing systems, and training will be given.

    Excellent communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team in a busy confidential service is essential. Being a great administrator goes without saying but you will also be a strong communicator with a high level of integrity and someone who exercises tact, diplomacy, takes real pride in the accuracy and quality of your work. Appointment to this post is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure Scotland Certificate.
