  • Primary care services - mental health and wellbeing: resources

    Created: 01/08/2022, Updated: 03/08/2022

This Scottish Government resource has been developed to support staff working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in mental health and wellbeing in primary care services.

It is intended to help all staff contribute to the link worker function within the Services, by providing a directory of additional sources of help and support, that people can be connected in with and signposted to, to complement the support, assessment and treatment they will receive from the team.
