    Fife Employment Access Trust has recently announced two new courses aimed at those dealing with stress and looking for ways to recover from the impact mental health challenges, both courses being held at Silverburn Park.

    Falling Up Living in Art is a project for all those looking for a creative outlet and seeking a creative social environment.  The course runs every Wednesday between July and December.

    Building Your Stress Resilience is a series of mindfulness-based stress resilience 6-week courses.  The programme is a combination of short informal talks and practical exercises in a group setting supported by an experienced mindfulness teacher.  The next rounds of the course will run in August and October.
