    Lead Scotland has released an online guide to accessing Community Based Adult Learning (CBAL) for disabled people. It is designed by disabled people for disabled people to give up-to-date knowledge about this area of learning and education in Scotland.

    The guide covers topics such as:

    • The benefits of doing CBAL
    • How to get started with your learning
    • How to use CBAL to influence change or develop digital skills
    • Understanding your rights as a disabled learner
    • How to ask a learning provider to meet your support needs

    The guide includes powerful first-hand experiences from the disabled learners who were involved in writing it, using audio interviews, personal stories and their top tips and advice.
